Recently, LEKA Powder Coating had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation of valued clients from powder coating to our state-of-the-art powder coating manufacturing facility in Luoyang. The visit aimed to showcase our advanced production processes, sustainable practices, and commitment to delivering high-performance coating solutions tailored to client needs.

The day began with a warm greeting from manager Chen, who emphasized the importance of collaboration and transparency in building long-term partnerships. A brief presentation highlighted our company’s milestones, R&D capabilities, and adherence to global quality standards such as ISO and REACH compliance. Clients gained insights into our diverse product portfolio, including epoxy, polyester, and hybrid coatings designed for industries ranging from automotive to architecture.
Guests were escorted to the production floor, where they witnessed the precision of powder coating manufacturing firsthand. Key stages demonstrated included:

2.Extrusion & Mixing: A showcase of our automated extrusion lines, ensuring uniform pigment dispersion and consistent product quality.
3.Quality Control Lab:Clients observed advanced testing equipment for assessing adhesion, corrosion resistance, and color accuracy.
4.Packaging & Logistics:An overview of eco-friendly packaging solutions and streamlined distribution systems.
Interactive demonstrations in our Application Lab allowed clients to explore electrostatic application techniques and curing processes using industrial ovens. The team also presented case studies of customized solutions, such as anti-graffiti coatings for urban infrastructure or heat-resistant finishes for automotive components.
