LEKA Low-Temperature Curing Powder Coating

LEKA Material has officially introduced its new Low-Temperature Curing Powder Coating, designed to cure at 160°C–180°C, compared with the conventional 180°C–200°C curing range.

By lowering the curing temperature by approximately 20°C, the new coating helps manufacturers reduce curing energy consumption by up to 20%, while improving production efficiency and lowering operating costs.

Key Benefits:
Cures at 160°C–180°C
Up to 20% energy savings
Shorter curing cycles
Lower carbon emissions
Suitable for both metal and heat-sensitive substrates
Broader Application Range

The new coating is ideal for a wide variety of substrates, including:

Steel and aluminum products
Industrial equipment

It enables powder coating applications on heat-sensitive materials while maintaining excellent coating quality.

Reliable Performance

Despite the lower curing temperature, the coating delivers excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, weatherability, and a smooth finish, offering performance comparable to conventional powder coatings.
